I AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF SERVICES BELOW:
I understand that Apply Ready is located in the Philippines.
That by using Apply Ready Services, I expressly agree that the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, the Philippine Consumer Laws and other applicable laws without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between myself and Apply Ready.
I agree to No-Refund-Policy and cannot request a refund after making payment online.
To request from my school my own academic documents.
To provide my own English Proficiency Report such as IELTS or TOEFL if required by my Board of Nursing.
To provide my own nurse license validation documents from my home country.
I understand that I am responsible for providing my nurse license validation documents, school documents and English translation of my documents.
To comply with the CGFNS requirements within 3 months, otherwise my payment of Initial Service fee is forfeited.
To pay the CGFNS payment within a period of 1 month, as well as subsequent BON Fee and Fingerprinting Fees within 1 month of email notification asking me to pay such fees, otherwise my payment of Initial Service fee is forfeited.
I agree that failure to respond to Apply Ready's emails for 3 consecutive emails will be grounds to forfeit my payment of Service Fee.
I agree to supply Apply Ready a valid and active email address and keep an open communication and respond the soonest possible time with regard to my application.
I agree that my Service fee will be forfeited when I fail to comply with ALL the terms of this Service Agreement.
I understand that Apply Ready Service fee does not include my own application fees to my board of nursing, evaluation agency, testing center and other agencies that are part of my application for NCLEX.
I understand that Apply Ready has the right to handle and hold my (CGFNS, BON, Pearson Vue, Etc.) accounts.
I agree to observe time zone difference as all emails originate from the Philippines.
I agree to receive email services with application forms, documents, instructions & guidance sent & received via email without phone support.
I understand that processing time depends entirely on the Approving Authorities & is not in Apply Ready's control.
